Your venue, drawn over your own picture
Upload a floor plan or a photo of the room, lay rows of seats along it with the mouse, outline a standing area, and colour seats into price zones. Mark wheelchair and companion seats. Publish the map once and use it for every show.

Create the event once, add each showing with its date and its prices, and put it on sale. The seat map shows what is sold, held and blocked, live.

At the till and online, never the same seat twice
A cashier taps seats on the venue map, the seats are held for the sale while the customer pays, and the tickets print. Your online store sells from the very same seats, so a seat is never sold twice, and a seat sold online is no longer offered at the till.
Tickets people can use
The customer opens one page with a QR code for each seat, or prints the PDF. Lost the email? They ask for it again, and a new link works while the old one stops.

Door scanning that keeps working
Door staff scan with a phone or a handheld scanner. The ticket list is on the device, so every scan is decided on the spot, with or without a connection: a good ticket is admitted, one scanned twice says so, and a forged code is refused. The back office shows who is inside, live.
When plans change
Give a free ticket with a reason. Move a show to a new date and every ticket stays valid, with the holders told. Or cancel a performance and every buyer is refunded, with the cash you owe at the counter listed for you.

One purchase for the same seat in several performances, priced as one, sold at the till and online.
